The Oath-Taking Ceremony at the Southern Philippines Agri-Business, Marine and Aquatic School of Technology (SPAMAST) took place on August 27, 2026, at the SPAMAST Lecture Hall in Malita, Davao Occidental.

The ceremony formally welcomed employees who have been entrusted with new responsibilities and recognized those who have earned career advancement through their promotion. The occasion served as a meaningful reminder that every position in the institution carries with it a responsibility to uphold professionalism, integrity, competence, and commitment to public service.

As SPAMAST continues to pursue institutional excellence, the newly appointed and promoted employees are expected to become active partners in advancing the College’s goals and delivering meaningful services to its stakeholders.

The oath-taking ceremony thus signified more than a change in position—it represented a renewed commitment to serve with integrity, lead with purpose, and contribute to the sustainable development of the community through quality public service and education. These commitments are aligned with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly SDG 4: Quality Education, SDG 8: Decent Work and Economic Growth, SDG 16: Peace, Justice and Strong Institutions, and SDG 17: Partnerships for the Goals, as SPAMAST strengthens its workforce and institutional capacity toward inclusive and sustainable development.
