
SPAMAST reached another milestone with the official blessing and inauguration of its latest infrastructure projects at the Malita campus, Davao Occidental, on February 3, 2025. The newly established ๐๐ช๐ฎ๐๐ฆ๐๐ซ๐ข๐ง๐ ๐๐๐ฌ๐๐๐ซ๐๐ก ๐๐ง๐ ๐๐๐จ๐ญ๐จ๐ฎ๐ซ๐ข๐ฌ๐ฆ ๐๐ญ๐๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง ๐๐ง๐ ๐๐๐๐ซ๐ง๐ข๐ง๐ ๐๐ข๐ญ๐ and the ๐๐๐ฌ๐ข๐๐๐ง๐๐ ๐๐๐ฅ๐ฅ (๐๐จ๐ซ๐ฆ๐ข๐ญ๐จ๐ซ๐ฒ) were formally opened in a ceremony attended by SPAMAST officials, faculty members, and staff.ย
SPAMAST President Dr. Lynette A. Bontia led the inauguration, highlighting the institution’s commitment to enhancing research, environmental sustainability, and student welfare. The Aquamarine Research and Ecotourism Station and Learning Site is expected to serve as a hub for marine and aquatic studies while promoting ecotourism initiatives in the region.ย
Meanwhile, the Residence Hall (Dormitory) aims to provide a comfortable and conducive living space for students, especially those from distant areas.
