The MOA formalized a partnership between SPAMAST, represented by the college President, Dr. Lynette A. Bontia, and designated project leaders and members. The program commenced with a welcome address by Mr. Kher Dave H. The Director for Research, Development, and Innovation (RDI), Dr. Grace D.
