With the theme “๐—™๐—ผ๐—ฟ๐—ด๐—ถ๐—ป๐—ด ๐˜๐—ต๐—ฒ ๐—™๐˜‚๐˜๐˜‚๐—ฟ๐—ฒ: ๐—˜๐—บ๐—ฝ๐—ผ๐˜„๐—ฒ๐—ฟ๐—ถ๐—ป๐—ด ๐—ฆ๐—จ๐—–๐˜€ ๐˜๐—ต๐—ฟ๐—ผ๐˜‚๐—ด๐—ต ๐—œ๐—ป๐—ป๐—ผ๐˜ƒ๐—ฎ๐˜๐—ถ๐—ผ๐—ป, ๐—ฆ๐˜‚๐˜€๐˜๐—ฎ๐—ถ๐—ป๐—ฎ๐—ฏ๐—ถ๐—น๐—ถ๐˜๐˜†, ๐—ฎ๐—ป๐—ฑ ๐—˜๐˜…๐—ฐ๐—ฒ๐—น๐—น๐—ฒ๐—ป๐—ฐ๐—ฒ,” the convention gathered leaders from various state universities and colleges (SUCs) across the country to discuss strategic initiatives that would strengthen public higher education in the Philippines.

Representing SPAMAST were Dr. Lynette A. Bontia, SPAMAST President; Dr. Aldwin T. Miranda; Dr. Grace D. Buencillo; Dr. Edelyn S. Albiso; Prof. Rommel Cabalquinto; and Dr. Marlyn B. Llameg, Vice President for Academic Affairs. Their participation highlighted SPAMAST’s commitment to advancing institutional development and aligning with national goals for educational innovation and sustainability.

The convention served as a platform for collaboration and exchange of best practices among SUCs, with sessions focusing on leadership, academic reforms, research and development, and community engagement.
