In celebration of Women’s Month this March, the Provincial Social Welfare and Development Office (PSWDO) of Davao Occidental organized 𝒂 𝒕𝒓𝒆𝒆–𝒑𝒍𝒂𝒏𝒕𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒂𝒄𝒕𝒊𝒗𝒊𝒕𝒚 𝒐𝒏 𝑴𝒂𝒓𝒄𝒉 5, 2025, 𝒂𝒕 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝑷𝒓𝒐𝒗𝒊𝒏𝒄𝒊𝒂𝒍 𝑪𝒂𝒑𝒊𝒕𝒐𝒍, 𝑩𝒂𝒓𝒂𝒏𝒈𝒂𝒚 𝑳𝒂𝒊𝒔, 𝑴𝒂𝒍𝒊𝒕𝒂, 𝑫𝒂𝒗𝒂𝒐 𝑶𝒄𝒄𝒊𝒅𝒆𝒏𝒕𝒂𝒍. The event gathered various government agencies to promote environmental sustainability and recognize women’s role in nation-building.
The Southern Philippines Agri-Business and Marine and Aquatic School of Technology (SPAMAST) actively participated in the initiative, demonstrating its commitment to environmental conservation and community engagement. Representatives from SPAMAST joined other government offices in planting trees, reinforcing the importance of collective action in addressing climate change and fostering a greener future.
