The celebration is part of a nationwide campaign spearheaded by the Anti-Red Tape Authority (ARTA) under the Office of the President of the Philippines, as mandated by Memorandum Circular No. 2025-01, series of 2025.

The EODB Month aims to promote efficiency, transparency, and accountability in the delivery of government services by eliminating bureaucratic red tape and streamlining processes. Through this initiative, SPAMAST reaffirms its commitment to providing quality public service and supporting the governmentโ€™s thrust toward ease of doing business and regulatory reform.

Various information drives and awareness campaigns were conducted across SPAMAST campuses to support the movement and encourage active stakeholder participation.

This initiative is part of the broader โ€œBagong Pilipinasโ€ campaign, which envisions a more responsive and citizen-centered government.
