SPAMAST proudly congratulates its distinguished alumnus, 𝐙𝐚𝐛𝐝𝐢𝐞𝐥 𝐋𝐢𝐠𝐭𝐚𝐬 𝐙𝐚𝐜𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐚𝐬, for his appointment as the new Regional Technical Director (RTD) for Research and Regulations in the Department of Agriculture (DA) Region XI.
Mr. Zacarias officially took his oath of office as RTD on January 6, 2025, marking a significant milestone in his highly notable career in the agriculture sector. His appointment underscores his expertise and dedication to advancing the region’s agricultural research and regulatory framework.
A testament to SPAMAST’s commitment to excellence, Zacarias graduated magna cum laude in 1998 with a degree in Bachelor of Science in Agri-Business. Furthering his education and professional growth, he earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA), majoring in Agri-Business Development in 2001 also from SPAMAST.
With a stellar academic background and extensive professional experience, RTD Zacarias brings knowledge and leadership to his new role. His appointment is a source of pride for SPAMAST and inspires the entire SPAMAST community to strive for excellence in their respective fields.
