Strategic Priorities (2026–2030)
- University conversion — Deliver on HB 10820 milestones, including faculty upgrading and infrastructure targets.
- Research productivity — Grow peer-reviewed output by 60% and secure ₱200M in external research grants.
- Digital transformation — Complete the OLSIS-LMS integration and roll out paperless procurement.
- Internationalization — Establish three ASEAN partnerships in fisheries and marine biology.
- Community impact — Reach 5,000 farmers and fisherfolk annually through extension services.
