The Institute of Business Management and Governance (IBMG) is a key academic unit of the Southern Philippines Agri-Business and Marine and Aquatic School of Technology (SPAMAST). It is committed to delivering quality education, producing competent, ethical, and industry-ready graduates in the fields of business, public administration, and governance. IBMG supports SPAMAST’s mission of fostering inclusive development by integrating entrepreneurial, managerial, and administrative competencies into its academic programs, research initiatives, and extension services

Programs Offered

IBMG offers a diverse range of undergraduate programs that prepare students for careers in business, public service, administration, and entrepreneurship:

1. Bachelor of Science in Agribusiness (BSAB)
   Major in Enterprise Management
   • Focuses on agricultural entrepreneurship, business planning, supply chain management, and the commercialization of agri-based products.
2. Bachelor of Public Administration (BPA)
   • Prepares students for leadership roles in public service, policy-making, community development, and governance.
3. Bachelor of Science in Office Administration (BSOA)
   • Trains students in administrative management, office systems, records management, and business communication.
4. Bachelor of Science in Accounting Information System (BSAIS)
   • Integrates accounting principles with information technology to equip students with competencies in financial reporting, auditing, and systems analysis.
