𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧/𝐄𝐥𝐢𝐠𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐨𝐟 𝐒𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐥𝐚𝐫:

(1) Must be a Filipino Citizen;

(2) At least 18 yrs. of age;

(3) Must be able to communicate effectively both orally and in written form;

(4) Must be physically, emotionally, psychologically, and mentally fit;

(5) Must be able to perform basic mathematical computations;

(6) Can perform basic computer operation;

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:

(1) Application Letter, stating your intent and purpose for enrolling in the Bookkeeping NC III training address to:

(2) Learners Profile Form (Form MIS 03-01);

(3) 2pcs 2×2 or passport size ID Picture taken within the last 6 months;

(4) Copy of PSA Birth Certificate;

(5) Latest Report Card/Transcript of Records/Certificate of Grades, if applicable; and

(6) Should pass the initial screening (written test & interview).
