Enabling Food Sufficient Community through Community-Based Participatory Action Research Program

The Extension Services Office has successfully conducted its courtesy visit to its partner stakeholders for the implementation of the project “𝗘𝗻𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗙𝗼𝗼𝗱 𝗦𝘂𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝘁𝗵𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆𝗕𝗮𝘀𝗲𝗱 𝗣𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗽𝗮𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘆 𝗔𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗵 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗺” last April 4-5, 2024. The following agencies participated were: Provincial Agriculture Office of Davao Occidental (PAGRO) of Davao Occidental and the Municipal Agriculture Offices (MAO) of Malita and Sta. Maria.

As the meeting went on, several salient points and different goals and outcomes were being covered to give emphasis to the possible advantages the project would give once enacted. By comprehensively discussing the nature of the project, the roles of each parties were made clear enabling consensual initiatives to ponder, expecting collaborative efforts. Additionally, the said courtesy call was considered as a starting point, allowing a seamless implementation process of the project.

Without the listening ears of the personnel and workers of the respective agencies, the abovementioned activity would not be possible. In line with this, the entire staff of this project is immensely grateful and extends an utmost appreciation for all individuals who have made this activity successful.
