This was strongly affirmed during the Oath-Taking Ceremony for New Criminologists and Induction of New PCAP Members held on October 27, 2025, at the SMX Convention Center, Mall of Asia Complex, Pasay City. In this national event organized by the Professional Criminologists Association of the Philippines (PCAP), SPAMAST was conferred a Certificate of Recognition for its distinguished and commendable performance in the August 2025 Criminology Licensure Examination (CLE), reflecting the institution’s robust academic standards, outcome-based instruction, and faculty excellence.
This institutional recognition is further substantiated by the exemplary achievement of its graduate, Mr. Noel John Agustos C. Caylan, who placed Top 7 nationwide with an outstanding 91.90% rating. His participation in the ceremony symbolizes not only personal success but also the effectiveness of SPAMAST’s curricular design aligned with professional competencies, ethical formation, and responsive public service.
