Bontia, President of the Southern Philippines Agribusiness and Marine and Aquatic School of Technology (SPAMAST), graced the opening ceremony of the 30th Police Community Relations (PCR) Month as Guest of Honor and Speaker on July 1, 2025. The event, held at the Davao Occidental Police Provincial Office (DOcPPO) Covered Court in Brgy.
