Mr. Zacarias officially took his oath of office as RTD on January 6, 2025, marking a significant milestone in his highly notable career in the agriculture sector. His appointment underscores his expertise and dedication to advancing the region’s agricultural research and regulatory framework.
A testament to SPAMAST’s commitment to excellence, Zacarias graduated magna cum laude in 1998 with a degree in Bachelor of Science in Agri-Business. Furthering his education and professional growth, he earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA), majoring in Agri-Business Development in 2001 also from SPAMAST.
