The oath-taking ceremony was presided over by SPAMAST President, Dr. Lynette A. Bontia. The event was facilitated by the Human Resource Office of SPAMAST, under the leadership of Atty. Paloma G. Grado, and conducted by Mrs. Edel Quinn Casis.
