
The Southern Philippines Agri-Business and Marine and Aquatic School of Technology (SPAMAST) convened its 146th Board of Trustees Meeting on November 4, 2025, at 9:00 AM, held in a hybrid setup — onsite at the 4th Floor Conference Room, CHED Central Office, and via Zoom teleconferencing.
The meeting was presided over by Commissioner Ricmar P. Aquino, Chairperson of the SPAMAST Board of Trustees, and attended by Board members, institutional officials, and CHED representatives. The session tackled key policy updates, institutional developments, and strategic initiatives to strengthen SPAMAST’s commitment to academic excellence, research advancement, and community service. All agenda items were deliberated and duly approved by the Board.
This activity supports Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) 4: Quality Education and SDG 17: Partnerships for the Goals, as SPAMAST continues to strengthen governance, collaboration, and educational excellence through effective institutional leadership.
