Professor Leizl S. Mancao of the Southern Philippines Agri-Business and Marine and Aquatic School of Technology (SPAMAST) was awarded a Certificate of Recognition for presenting her research paper titled “Identification of Species, Population Status, and Abundance of Flying Foxes in Barangay Bukid, Jose Abad Santos, Davao Occidental.”
The paper was presented during the BIMP-EAGA International Research Conference and Training held on August 26–28, 2025, at Citystate Asturias Hotel, Puerto Princesa City, Palawan. The event carried the theme “Strengthening BIMP-EAGA Foundation on Resiliency, Inclusivity, Sustainability, and Economic Competitiveness.”
Her participation highlights SPAMAST’s commitment to advancing research that promotes biodiversity conservation and sustainable development in the BIMP-EAGA region.
