SPAMAST strengthened its commitment to human rights advocacy as it participated in the National Human Rights Consciousness Week (NHRCW) Kickoff Activity held on December 4, 2025, at 9:00 AM at Lispher Inn, Davao City.
Representing SPAMAST were Atty. Trina Faye Ladores, Legal Officer, and Ms. Mariane Claire Tindoy, Program Head of the BS Criminology program. The event featured insightful discussions led by Atty. Junitte Rose Baroquillo, Regional Director, and Mr. Conrad Panerio, Jr., CHRE Coordinator of UM Digos.
In recognition of its active role in promoting human rights education, SPAMAST received a Plaque of Recognition as a Center for Human Rights Education partner of the Commission on Human Rights Region XI. The institution also contributed to the planning and discussions of the CHRE initiatives, reaffirming its support for fostering a culture of respect, dignity, and civic responsibility.
Through this continued engagement, SPAMAST advances its commitment to global development efforts, particularly SDG 4 (Quality Education) and SDG 16 (Peace, Justice, and Strong Institutions).
