SPAMAST Honors 2025 ALE Passers, Underscores Commitment to Academic Excellence

The Southern Philippines Agri-Business and Marine and Aquatic School of Technology (SPAMAST) formally recognized its newly minted Agriculturist Licensure Examination (ALE) passers during a celebratory program held on December 10, 2025, at the SPAMAST Buhangin Campus. The event highlighted the institution’s ongoing drive to elevate academic standards and strengthen its role in producing competent agriculture professionals for the region and the country. Serving as the keynote speaker, Mr. Jimmy Albios commended the graduates for their perseverance and encouraged them to uphold integrity, innovation, and service as they embark on their professional careers.

The ceremony drew faculty members, administrators, families, and student leaders who gathered to honor the achievements of the passers and reflect on the rigorous preparation that led to their success. SPAMAST officials emphasized that the strong performance of examinees mirrors the institution’s commitment to delivering quality, industry-aligned education. In his address, Mr. Albios shared insights on the evolving demands of the agriculture sector, urging the new professionals to adopt science-driven approaches and contribute meaningfully to national agricultural development. Administrators reaffirmed that SPAMAST remains dedicated to nurturing graduates who are ready to meet emerging challenges in food production, sustainability, and rural development.

In closing, the institution underscored that the recognition of ALE passers is not only a celebration of academic milestones but also an affirmation of SPAMAST’s alignment with the United Nations’ 17 Sustainable Development Goals—particularly SDG 4 (Quality Education), SDG 2 (Zero Hunger), and SDG 8 (Decent Work and Economic Growth). By producing competent agriculturists committed to service and innovation, SPAMAST strengthens its contribution to sustainable, inclusive, and resilient development pathways.
