SPAMAST Holds Virtual Convergence to Shape HRD Roadmap 2025-2028

In a landmark move to reinforce its commitment to institutional integrity and personnel advancement, the Southern Philippines Agribusiness and Marine and Aquatic School of Technology (SPAMAST) convened its Virtual Stakeholders’ Conference on July 4, 2025, via Zoom, unveiling its Human Resource Development Plan for 2025–2028. The event gathered SPAMAST leaders, unit heads, and academic staff in a shared moment of reflection, affirmation, and forward planning. Spearheaded by Chief Administrative Officer Dr. Janet R. Octura and Vice President for Administration and Finance Dr. Edelyn S. Albiso, the conference highlighted a strategic HRD blueprint focused on excellence, inclusion, and growth—setting the tone for a dynamic and responsive public service workforce.
