SPAMAST held the Oath-Taking Ceremony of Promoted and Newly Hired Employees on November 7, 2025, at the SPAMAST Lecture Hall, Malita, Davao Occidental.
The ceremony marked a significant milestone in the professional journey of SPAMAST’s dedicated workforce, as they pledged to uphold excellence, integrity, and commitment in public service.
Among the promoted faculty members were:
- Dr. Edelyn S. Albiso – Professor I
- Dr. Karen E. Cabaquinto – Associate Professor V
- Dr. Fe T. Canoy – Assistant Professor III
- Prof. Joeper M. Abella – Instructor III
- Mr. Allan Z. Janson Jr. – Instructor I
For the newly hired teaching personnel, the following took their oath:
- Ms. Khayrizzia P. Diuda – Instructor I
- Ms. Shaina B. Inte – Instructor I
- Mr. Towie L. Lawa – Instructor I
- Mr. Mario P. Sarmiento – Instructor I
Meanwhile, promoted administrative personnel included:
- Ms. Michelle M. Elemino – Board Secretary V
- Mrs. Marcelle Jan M. Cirunay – Administrative Officer IV
- Ms. Janissa B. Melendrez – Administrative Officer IV
For the newly hired administrative personnel, the following also took their oath:
- Ms. Lorah May C. Caalim – Administrative Assistant II
- Mr. Abdullah P. Mangulayon – Administrative Aide VI
