SPAMAST Holds Oath-Taking Ceremony for Promoted Faculty Members

The Southern Philippines Agri-Business and Marine and Aquatic School of Technology (SPAMAST) held a formal oath-taking ceremony for its newly promoted faculty members on January 10, 2025, at the Office of the President, Administrative Building, Malita, Davao Occidental.
Organized by the Office of Human Resource Management, the event was presided over by SPAMAST President Dr. Lynette A. Bontia, who administered the oath of office to the promoted faculty.
The following individuals were recognized for their advancement in academic ranks:
• Prof. John G. Ponteras – Assistant Professor III
• Prof. Imelda T. Lauron – Assistant Professor II
• Engr. Leo C. Radores – Assistant Professor I
• Prof. Antonette R. Albarracin – Assistant Professor I
• Prof. Aldrous Glenn A. Camino – Assistant Professor I
• Prof. Royen A. Lagat – Assistant Professor I
• Ms. Jillian Rae C. Cabili – Instructor III
In her speech, President Bontia shared her own inspiring journey at SPAMAST, reflecting on how she steadily climbed the ranks over the years through dedication, perseverance, and passion for education.
