SPAMAST Graduate School Student Publishers Research in Prestigious International Journal

The Southern Philippines Agri-Business and Marine and Aquatic School of Technology (SPAMAST) proudly congratulates Ms. Ellame A. Jumangit, a graduate school student taking Master of Arts in Education major in Mathematics Teaching, for the successful publication of her research in the Asian Journal of Education and Social Studies, an internationally recognized peer-reviewed journal.

Her research, entitled “The Mediating Effect of Mathematics Motivation on the Relationship Between Mathematical Mindset and Performance,” delves into how a student’s motivation in mathematics serves as a bridge between their mindset and academic performance in the subject. The study offers valuable insights for educators aiming to enhance student outcomes through mindset development and motivational strategies.

Ms. Jumangit’s work was conducted under the guidance of her research adviser, Dr. Aldwin T. Miranda, and has been published in Volume 51, Issue 5 of the journal, spanning pages 686–697.
