SPAMAST held a Strategic Directions Review and Alignment Workshop on November 10–11, 2025 at the SPAMAST Lecture Hall, Malita, Davao Occidental. The two-day session brought together administrators and key personnel to harmonize the institution’s strategic and operational directions for FY 2026–2028.
The workshop focused on aligning SPAMAST’s priorities with national and regional development frameworks, including the Philippine Development Plan, the Regional Development Plan, and the CHED-ACHIEVE Agenda. Through collaborative discussions and planning exercises, participants mapped out strategies to enhance academic quality, strengthen institutional performance, and promote innovation across programs and services.
