SPAMAST proudly congratulates its students who excelled in the 28th Philippine Statistics Quiz, Davao Occidental, held at the SPAMAST Lecture Hall in Malita, Davao Occidental on October 24,2024. This prestigious event, organized by the Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA), brought together some of the brightest young minds in the province. SPAMAST students made a remarkable impact, securing the top spots in this year’s competition.
Theresa Paula E. Lukina, a Bachelor of Science in Social Work (BSSW) student, was hailed as the champion, demonstrating her exceptional analytical and statistical abilities. Her victory highlights her commitment to academic excellence and her deep understanding of statistical concepts.
Zachary Shane I. Talima, a Bachelor of Secondary Education majoring in Mathematics (BSED Math) student, earned the first runner-up, displaying strong proficiency in mathematical and statistical analysis. Meanwhile, Bhanz Jedric Roi A. Hufalar, a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology (BSIT) student, claimed the second runner-up title, proving his skill in handling complex statistical data.
