
A renewed spirit of leadership and solidarity filled the Conference Room at the 3rd Floor of the SPAMAST Administrative Building as the newly elected officers of the Association of SPAMAST Administrative Personnel (ASAP) formally took their oath of office on February 10, 2026.
The oath-taking ceremony was presided over by SPAMAST President, Dr. Lynette A. Bontia, who administered the oath and led the induction of the officers entrusted to represent and advance the welfare of the College’s administrative personnel.
Stepping into leadership roles are Ms. Aivey Brasileño as President, Ms. Angela Jo Jocoy as Vice-President, Ms. Janissa B. Melendrez as Secretary, Ms. Centenne Lagat as Treasurer, Mr. Von Abad as Auditor, and Mrs. Marcelle Jan M. Cirunay as Business Manager. Together, they form a team poised to strengthen collaboration, promote professional growth, and enhance organizational engagement within the administrative sector.
In their brief yet heartfelt messages, the newly inducted officers expressed sincere gratitude for the confidence entrusted to them. They pledged to uphold transparency, unity, and service-oriented leadership, recognizing that the administrative workforce serves as the backbone of institutional operations.
In her guidance message, Dr. Bontia emphasized the indispensable role of administrative personnel in sustaining the efficiency and integrity of the College’s systems and services. She highlighted that while academic excellence defines SPAMAST’s outward achievements, it is the commitment and competence of its administrative personnel that ensure seamless implementation of policies, programs, and institutional initiatives.
Dr. Bontia conveyed her full trust and confidence in the new officers, affirming that their leadership will contribute meaningfully to strengthening camaraderie and fostering a culture of excellence within the administrative community.
The ceremony signified more than a formal transition of roles—it marked a renewed commitment to shared responsibility, collaborative governance, and steadfast support for SPAMAST’s vision of institutional growth and service excellence.
