IGNITE 2025: Uniting Strengths, Achieving Excellence

The first day of IGNITE 2025 was filled with inspiration, growth, and empowerment. The program opened with a welcome message from Ronel A. San Juan, Outgoing SSG President, and an inspirational message from Dr. Lynette A. Bontia, SUC President. The rationale of the activity was delivered by Joeper M. Abella, Director of OSAS, setting the tone for a day of meaningful learning. Participants engaged in a series of insightful talks: Ritchell Ann S. Hervas, on Campus Leadership 101, Joeper M. Abella, on Inside-Out Leadership, Edel Quinn S. Dilla, MA, on Adaptive Leadership, and Sheryl Mae P. Carbajosa, on Leadership in Action. The day concluded with Insight Hour: A Conversation with SSSG Presidents and a reflective session led by Dr. Elenito P. Bugawisan, Director of ASO, which closed the day with gratitude and peace.
This transformative Day 1 was made possible through the strong partnership between the Office of the Student Affairs and Services, SSG, and San Miguel Global Power Malita, whose support provided a platform for young leaders to harness their strengths, build self-awareness, and embrace collaborative leadership. With the guidance of our esteemed speakers and the active participation of student leaders, the journey of IGNITE 2025 has officially begun—sparking excellence, unity, and purposeful leadership.
