In celebration of the 125th Philippine Civil Service Anniversary, the Institute of Agricultural Sciences and Development Communication (IASDC) conducted an outreach program on Organizational Development and Strengthening through Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA) at Barangay Macol, Malita, Davao Occidental.
The activity featured sessions on Seasonal Calendar & Top Commodities, Problem Ranking Analysis, SWOT Analysis, and Action Planning, led by IASDC faculty and staff. Highlighted commodities include lubi, mais, kape, abaca, and leafy vegetables, with issues on lack of fertilizer inputs also addressed.
This initiative reflects IASDC’s commitment to empowering communities through participatory approaches and sustainable agricultural development.
