Day 2 of IGNITE 2025 was another exciting and transformative experience for our student leaders as they immersed themselves in a day of challenges, teamwork, and environmental awareness. The session began with an Opening Prayer and Recap, followed by a special message from Dr. Marlyn B. Llameg, VPAA, delivered by Edel Quinn Dilla-Casis, during the Leadership Challenge segment. A Safety Orientation ensured participants were prepared and aware of proper protocols before engaging in activities such as Getting-to-Know and Grouping Exercises, Chant and Banner Making, Kakasa Ka Ba sa Grade 5?, and Building Structure (Newspaper)—all designed to promote collaboration, creativity, and camaraderie among participants.
The afternoon session focused on meaningful learning through IEC Plant Operations, Materials Handling, Environment, and Community Relations, facilitated by the dedicated team of SMPPC. With the guidance of facilitators, the day concluded with a heartfelt reflection led by San Miguel Global Power Malita, closing Day 2 with gratitude, peace, and strengthened leadership bonds.
