In a strong show of support for good governance and community engagement, the Southern Philippines Agri-Business and Marine and Aquatic School of Technology (SPAMAST) actively participated in the event โBanaybanay sa Pagbansay: Pakig-alayon sa Katawhang Lungsod: Abli na Pagdumala, Han-ay na Serbisyo, ug Tinuod na Panaghiusaโ on August 5,2025 at Banaybanay, Davao Oriental.
Held with the theme โBukas na Pamamahala, Susi sa Paglalakbay Tungo sa Pagkakaisa, Mapayapa, at Maunlad na Bayan,โ the event served as a platform for various stakeholders in the local government and public sector to come together in pursuit of transparent governance, efficient public service, and genuine unity.
Representing SPAMAST were Dr. Janet Octura, Vice President for Administration and Finance, and Ms. Dawn A. Limao, Director for Public Relations and Information. Their presence highlighted the institution’s commitment to civic engagement and collaborative governance.
Emphasizing open governance and participatory leadership, the gathering reinforced the collective mission of achieving a peaceful, united, and progressive locality.
