Please be informed that under Proclamation No. 665, which amends the previous proclamation on the observance of Ninoy Aquino Day, the holiday originally scheduled for August 21 will now be observed on Friday, August 23. This day is declared a special non-working holiday throughout the Philippines.
Additionally, this adjustment will result in a long weekend, as National Heroes Day will be observed on Monday, August 26, which is also a national holiday.
