𝐈𝐭𝐢𝐤-𝐏𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐬 𝐊𝐚𝐲𝐮𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐠𝐢 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐄𝐦𝐩𝐨𝐰𝐞𝐫𝐬 𝐋𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐅𝐚𝐫𝐦𝐞𝐫𝐬

Talogoy, Malita, Davao Occidental – On March 11, 2025, a successful training session on Itik-Pinas Kayumanggi: Housing Production and Feeding Management was conducted as part of the SPAMAST extension funded project at Talogoy Gym. Spearheaded by Project Leader Mr. Elenito P. Bugawisan, alongside project members Mr. Eldum L. Limao, Franz Jeemson S. Tan, and John Rey Tallon, and hosted by Ms. Angela Jo, the training aimed to enhance the knowledge and skills of barangay officials and members of the Farmers Association of Talogoy in sustainable duck farming practices.

The training covered key aspects such as efficient housing design, optimized feeding strategies, and proper flock management to improve egg production and overall duck health. Participants engaged in informative discussions and hands-on demonstrations, equipping them with practical techniques for improving their Itik-Pinas Kayumanggi farming operations.

The event provided a platform for knowledge exchange, fostering growth in the local duck farming industry. Organizers expressed gratitude to all participants and stakeholders, emphasizing the importance of continuous learning and community collaboration in achieving long-term agricultural success in Davao Occidental.
